Foster critical thinking and encourage students to think creatively and analytically. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and backgrounds. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes cultural sensitivity and understanding. Evaluate and grade student work in a timely and constructive manner. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field and incorporate them into course material. Use technology effectively to enhance the learning experience for students.
Communicate regularly with students and provide academic support and guidance as needed. Uphold Purdue University's standards of academic excellence and promote academic integrity. Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.
