Job Description
Looking for a Python developer to help build a simple desktop-based utility tool that supports a human virtual assistant in managing messages and organizing lead information. This is not a scraper, automation bot, or browser tool, and will not interact directly with any third-party platforms like Facebook or other marketplaces.
Instead, this tool will be used internally by a virtual assistant to streamline tasks like generating message drafts, organizing notes, and saving lead info to a CRM or spreadsheet.
Main Features:
- Local desktop app or script (Mac preferred)
- User can paste in message details or copy/paste lead data
- GPT (OpenAI API) generates draft responses based on input
- Export contact info to Google Sheet or CSV
- Optional CRM integration (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
- Simple interface for managing prompts and settings
Must-Have Skills:
- Python (experience with lightweight UI frameworks like Streamlit, Flask, or Tkinter)
- OpenAI / GPT API integration
- CSV/Google Sheets export logic
- Optional: Experience with simple CRM tools or Zapier-style APIs
To be clear:
This tool is not for automating or scraping any websites.
All external messaging will be done manually by a human assistant.
This tool is designed only to assist with internal workflows and message prep.
