- Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test plans
- Drive quality assurance process for new feature launches
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts
- Own and optimize QA metrics and reporting frameworks
- Identify opportunities to proactively mitigate quality issues
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, test engineering, or related software engineering roles within SaaS, FinTech, or similar environments
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Mixpanel, etc.) and log analysis and monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
- Strong automation mindset
- Proven track record of driving effective QA processes improvements
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
