Job Description
We are looking for a QA tester to test and validate AI voice agents used by healthcare clinics. These agents handle inbound phone calls for appointment scheduling and basic patient intake. Your job is to make test calls, follow defined scenarios, and log issues clearly. This role is focused on accuracy, call flow quality, and edge cases. What you will do • Make repeated test phone calls to AI voice agents • Test different scenarios, new patient vs existing patient, scheduling, transfers, off topic requests • Evaluate call flow logic, timing, and question order • Identify transcription errors, logic breaks, and incorrect transfers • Verify the agent follows strict prompt rules • Log issues clearly in a shared sheet with call date, scenario, and feedback • Retest after fixes and confirm resolution What we are looking for • Strong attention to detail • Clear written feedback • Comfortable making phone calls • Experience with QA, call center testing, or voice systems preferred • Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus • Reliable and consistent tester Apply tot his job
