Ā We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Leader to join our operations team
Ā Reporting to the VP of Patient Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance functions of our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams
Ā This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement to enhance patient experience and service excellence
Ā Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in quality management in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (Preferred)
Ā Proven track... record of leading successful quality improvement initiatives
Ā Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Ā In-depth knowledge of pharmacy processing, quality assurance principles, and customer service best practices
Ā Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams in order to resolve errors and issues
Ā Willingness to learn and understand operational workflows in order to quickly determine root cause
Ā Team player who wants to help build up others
Ā Certification in quality management (six sigma, Lean, ASQ) (Preferred)
