- *RCM - Posting Specialist**
We are seeking an experienced remote Revenue Cycle Management - Posting Specialist to join our team here at Advanced Dental Brands.
- The RCM Posting Specialist is responsible for the accurate daily posting of all insurance payments, management of Remit AI auto-posting exceptions, EOB interpretation, adjustment entry, and ERA/EFT reconciliation across ADB practice locations. This role also manages dual insurance posting scenarios and is accountable for Denticon ledger accuracy in all assigned offices.

- *Qualifications
- 1–3 years of dental or medical payment posting experience
- Working knowledge of Denticon posting module required
- Ability to read and interpret dental EOBs, ERAs, and dual insurance remittances
- Understanding of COB logic and dual insurance posting requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high daily posting volumes within production benchmarks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; dental billing training preferred
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Remit AI or similar auto-posting platform
- DSO multi-office dental posting experience
- Knowledge of EFT reconciliation and lockbox payment processing
