Role Summary
We’re looking for a React JS Web Lead to architect and drive the development of cutting-edge web applications.
This role blends technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of front-end developers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using React.js and modern web technologies.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using React.js
- Architect reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers
- Ability to build UI components from concept designs and wireframes
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performance
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in front-end development, with 5+ years in React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of React.js workflows (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Experience using WebSockets
- Experience developing with openlayers map library
- Experience developing with ES6+ and SASS
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with micro frontends and module federation
- Knowledge of performance profiling tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
