Your team You’ll be working within the Institutional Investment Specialists Asia platform, based in Asia (e.g. Hong Kong or Singapore). The team is responsible for supporting institutional client engagement across the region by delivering investment led, technically robust private markets content. As a Real Assets Investment Specialist, you’ll work closely with Client Relationship Managers and Real Assets (Infrastructure and real estate) investment teams, acting as a bridge between portfolio management and institutional distribution to ensure consistency, credibility, and depth in all client interactions. The team operates in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, where intellectual curiosity, partnership, and shared ownership of client outcomes are highly valued. Your expertise • ideally 8+ years’ experience in the financial sector with a strong focus on infrastructure and real estate market • in depth understanding of infrastructure and real estate asset clases, fund economics, governance, and performance measurement • proven experience in an investment specialist, investor relations, product, or institutional advisory role, working in close partnership with relationship managers • strong ability to synthesize complex investment content into concise, compelling messages for sophisticated institutional audiences • proactive self starter with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality • collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross functional environment • excellent communicator with a strong client service orientation • fluency in English required; additional Asian languages (e.g. Mandarin, Korean) are a strong advantage.
