- Responsibilities
- Manage clients from lead to close with professionalism and speed
- Prospect, nurture, and convert your pipeline (sphere, referrals, self-gen)
- Prepare/execute listing & buyer presentations; negotiate offers and repairs
- Coordinate lenders, inspectors, title, and vendors to a smooth close
- Deliver white-glove service that wins repeat/referral business
- Requirements (Must Have)
- Active Indiana Real Estate License (required)
- 2+ years of residential sales experience with a track record of closings
- Proven self-starter: generate, manage, and close business independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives without hand-holding or office politics
- Reliable transportation and local market familiarity (Central Indiana)
- Nice to Have
- Listing-heavy experience (CMA mastery, pricing strategy, prep/staging)
- Social media/short-form video comfort for lead gen and brand growth

- Pay: Commission-only

- Expected annual earnings: $80,000–$200,000+ (based on production)
