Monumental is a Fairfax-based residential real estate team that is among the top 1% in production. They are seeking an early-career Real Estate Agent to focus on lead generation, client consultations, showings, and negotiating offers while participating in coaching and training to enhance skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow a daily lead generation plan (calls, texts, open houses, online leads) to build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers.This is the core activity that drives your income and long-term business
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations (virtual and in-person) to understand client goals, explain the process, and set clear expectations.Strong consultations create trust and lead to committed clients who follow your advice
- Show homes and host open houses regularly across Northern Virginia.This creates new opportunities, surfaces serious buyers and sellers, and builds your local market knowledge
- Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and contracts with support from our team.Skilled negotiation protects your clients’ interests and helps more deals reach the closing table
- Track all leads, tasks, and transactions in Brivity CRM and PLACE technology.Clean tracking ensures nothing falls through the cracks and lets us coach you using real data
- Attend weekly coaching, script practice, and team training.Consistent skill development shortens your learning curve and increases your production potential
- Collaborate with teammates and partners (lenders, title, inspectors) to deliver a smooth client experience from first contact to closing.Great collaboration leads to better reviews, more referrals, and repeat business

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Learning-based and growth-minded; willing to follow scripts, systems, and a structured daily plan
- Organized with solid time management; able to work some evenings and weekends to meet client needs
- Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, CRM software, digital signatures)
- You currently hold a Virginia real estate license or you are actively in pre-licensing / studying for the exam and committed to becoming licensed in the near term
