We are seeking residential and commercial Real Estate Agents to join our team. New or experienced agents are wanted. Opportunities for sales as well as leasing.

Work remotely, anywhere in California. Great commission cuts. Training and support from Broker. Assistance with marketing and leads.

We are established with many associations in several areas in California.

Opportunity to make money is open-ended. Please have a clean real estate record.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout all transactions.
Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
Manage property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility.

Valid real estate license in the state of California.
* Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction.
Spanish, Chinese, and Armenian speakers desireable.
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and documentation processes.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
