Real Estate Field Coordinator (Freelance / Independent Contractor)

We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Field Coordinator to support our day-to-day property operations. This is a freelance, independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and strong potential to grow into a larger role as the company continues to expand. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, working independently, and playing a hands-on role in the success of a real estate business. The Real Estate Field Coordinator will work closely with our Property Manager to ensure properties are presented professionally and are market-ready for prospective tenants. No real estate license is required for this position. Responsibilities: • Visit company-owned properties as needed • Take high-quality photos and videos of properties for marketing and listings • Show vacant properties to prospective tenants (appointments will be scheduled in advance) • Conduct walk-throughs to assess whether properties are in rentable condition • Identify issues that may impact a property’s marketability and communicate findings to the Property Manager • Coordinate closely with the Property Manager regarding property readiness and showing feedback • Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact during property showings • Represent the company positively and professionally to prospective tenants Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for what makes a property appealing to renters • Comfortable interacting with people and providing excellent customer service • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties locally • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for showings • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Interest in real estate and property operations preferred (experience is a plus, but not required) Position Details: • Freelance / Independent Contractor role • Flexible schedule based on property availability and showing needs • Compensation per showing, per property visit, or hourly (based on experience) • Opportunity for growth into a long-term role as the company expands This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate investing and property operations and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a fast-moving company.
