About the Job:
We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Dispositions Manager to own and drive the disposition of residential investment properties. This role requires a strategic dealmaker with a passion for winning, a strong sense of urgency, a deep understanding of real estate, and a natural ability to lead and close deals. You’ll be responsible for moving properties quickly and profitably, build strong relationships with buyers, and expand our network of investors.
- What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of the property disposition process from pricing, listing, negotiation, and closing
- Build, nurture, and expand a robust network of investors, wholesalers, and agents
- Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions and renovations teams to ensure timely and profitable dispositions
- Track KPIs and report performance to leadership
- What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of real estate experience, ideally as a realtor, wholesaler, or dispositions specialist
- Proven track record of leading and scaling sales or dispositions teams
- Deep knowledge of real estate transactions and investor dynamics
- Natural extrovert who thrives in high-volume, people-facing environments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and data-driven
- Bonus: Has an existing network of investors or agent partners

- In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for performance-based incentive bonuses tied to gross profit earnings.
- First-Year Earnings: Your initial-year earnings, inclusive of the ramp-up period, can soar to an impressive $110,000 - $150,000.
- Expected earnings in subsequent years of $150,000 + with no cap on earnings.

Work Environment:
This role operates within Pacific Time Zone hours in a fully remote setting with candidates required to be available during core business hours (8am to 5pm PT). Candidates located in PT, MT, or CT time zones are strongly preferred
