A growing Southern California real estate team is seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to support lead follow-up and appointment setting efforts.
This role focuses on connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for licensed agents. The position offers remote work flexibility with part-time scheduling options.
This is a performance-focused role designed for individuals who are comfortable speaking with prospects and working toward measurable goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective buyers and sellers using company-provided leads
- Engage in professional conversations to understand client needs and timeline
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for sales agents
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Accurately track communication and activity using CRM systems
- Collaborate with agents to support a smooth client experience
- Participate in training and team meetings as scheduled
- Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with new contacts by phone
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems
- Sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred but not required
- Work Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Quiet workspace suitable for business calls
- Ability to commit approximately 10–25 hours per week
- Availability for scheduled check-ins and team collaboration
- Preferred (Not Required):
- Bilingual skills
- Prior inside sales, outbound calling, or real estate experience
- Familiarity with CRM or dialing systems

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
