Compensation: Commission + Recruiting Bonuses + Passive Income

- 3 Income Streams — From Day One
- Stream 1: Your personal production (continue closing your own deals)
- Stream 2: Recruiting bonuses — up to $500 per full-time agent you bring in
- Stream 3: Broker Boost passive income — 5% x 3 tiers from your agent network
- Recruiting Bonus Structure
- Full-time agent: $250 at signing + $250 after first closing = $500 total
- Part-time agent: $125 + $125 = $250 total
- Virtual agent: $100 + $100 = $200 total
- Performance bonus: $1,000/month when you recruit 10+ agents in a single month

- 6 agents closing 1 deal/month = ~$64,000/year in passive income
- 15 agents = ~$160,000/year

Compensation
