I’m looking for a proactive assistant to help me find a retail storefront in Los Angeles County. Your job will be to research and compile a list of qualified available properties that meet specific criteria. This task is ideal for someone with strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate commercial real estate platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: Search for available retail spaces in Los Angeles County using platforms like: LoopNet, Crexi, CityFeet, CommercialCafe and PropertyShark Focus on properties that meet the following: Size: 700–1,200 square feet Location: Los Angeles County (has to only be in Los Angeles County) Prioritize areas such as: Koreatown West Hollywood North Hollywood East Hollywood Thai Town Little Armenia Fairfax District Hancock Park Mid-Wilshire Silver Lake Echo Park Franklin Hills Westlake Deliverables A spreadsheet (Excel) that includes: Direct link to each listing Apply tot his job
