Job Description: • Providing best-in-class, end-to-end customer experiences from inbound lead to close • Discovering individual seller motivation and matching our Sale-Leaseback product to their needs • Managing pipeline activity in Salesforce • Sharing key learnings with team members to increase team success • Partnering with teams across the business including Transaction Managers, Marketing and Real Estate • Serving as a brand ambassador to customers, partners, and other stakeholders Requirements: • Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas in a metric-driven environment • Ability to build strong rapport over the phone • Ability to learn our product and process and educate customers • Proficient in CRM tools • Experience in Real Estate or Business Development is a plus • Ability to obtain a license (Licensed Real estate agent preferred)
