This is a remote position.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in real estate and cold calling. This role is split evenly between supporting real estate operations and performing cold calling duties, making it ideal for someone with a versatile skill set and a passion for real estate.Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate VA (50%):
- Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms.
- Assist with CRM management, ensuring client data and property details are up-to-date.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and client meetings.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Assist with lead generation through online research and outreach.
- Provide general administrative support to the real estate team.
- Cold Calling (50%):
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, and property owners to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, interests, and potential timelines.
- Set appointments for property viewings, meetings, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Handle objections and provide information to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed call and appointment setting targets.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on real estate and cold calling.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume calling.
- Comfortable working remotely and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a real estate agency or related field.
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and prospects.
