Base pay range

Salary up to $128,800
Opportunity to participate in an annual bonus plan

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data and reporting needs
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources using SQL and other data querying tools
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Thoughtspot
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
Perform data validation and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of BI deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence roles
3+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims and pharmacy data
Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Business Intelligence tools
Familiarity with Real World Data or Healthcare data
Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis
