Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student looking to gain practical experience
in recruitment and develop essential HR skills.
Responsibilities:
īˇ Candidate Sourcing:
o Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and
other platforms.
o Help to build and maintain a candidate database.
o Utilize online tools like LinkedIn Recruiter lite, or other available platforms.
īˇ Resume Screening:
o Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
o Assist in the initial screening of candidates through phone calls.
īˇ Interview Coordination:
o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
o Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
īˇ Administrative Support:
o Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as data entry and filing.
o Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records.
o Help with the preparation of offer letters and other relevant documentation.
īˇ Data Entry and Reporting:
o Inputting data into the companies ATS system.
o Help to compile reports on recruitment metrics.
īˇ Other duties:
o Assist with other HR related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
īˇ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
īˇ 1 month of previous experience in a recruitment role is preferable.
īˇ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
īˇ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
īˇ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
īˇ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
īˇ A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Preferred Skills:
īˇ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
īˇ Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
īˇ Experience with social media platforms, like LinkedIn.
