Recruitment Marketing Strategy Consultant | Homewood, AL | Remote-Friendly We're working with Encompass Health Corporation on this exciting opportunity. This pivotal role offers the chance to significantly impact talent attraction across a national hospital network, developing and executing strategic marketing plans to elevate Encompass Health's employer brand. You'll lead targeted campaigns and partner with external agencies, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities • Lead recruitment marketing initiatives for hospital-specific campaigns from planning through performance tracking.
• Partner with agency teams to launch and optimize digital media campaigns. • Provide strategic guidance to improve campaign efficiency, creative execution, and turnaround time. • Post jobs for assigned hospitals, ensuring accuracy in job postings. • Manage programmatic job board performance for assigned hospitals. • Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to provide marketing support and best practices. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in talent marketing and employer branding. • Experience in talent acquisition platforms (CRM and ATS) preferred. • Experience in working with marketing agencies and/or platform vendors preferred.
