The Reference Data Services Associate Analyst role involves delivering accurate client and counterparty reference data and working with teams across regions to ensure timely maintenance of this data. Responsibilities Responsible for creating and maintaining customer Identifiers and actively interacting with requestors in a positive manner to understand requests and expectations Liaises other operational teams globally to ensure that a globally consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data Balances multiple workflows and processes across a broad range of team functions in addition to project work Delivers routine and defined tasks daily, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency Skills 0-2 years relevant experience
