Core Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like As an In‑Home Registered Behavior Technician , you will be the front‑line catalyst for change. Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to: Delivering one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home, following individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. Collecting accurate behavioral and skill‑acquisition data during each session, entering information into our digital reporting system. Certification: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire (we provide the 40‑hour training at no cost). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field, or active enrollment in a degree program. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a 1:1 setting with children, preferably with direct ABA exposure; alternatively, 1‑2 years as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, or similar role. Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal auto insurance for travel between client homes. Physical ability: Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs, bending, kneeling, squatting, and moving quickly (within a 100‑foot radius) to respond to client needs.
