Benefits β’ Excellent medical, dental and vision coverage β’ 2:1 Match on retirement savings and immediate vesting β’ Generous Paid Time Off β’ Tuition and certification support and professional development β’ No-cost continuing education where applicable Responsibilities β’ Provide the delivery of culturally sensitive, age-specific team-based care models in delivering nursing care for Primary Care patients including adult medicine, pediatric, and OB/GYN populations. β’ Perform phone triage, including assessment, screening, clinical advice, nurse visits (in person/video), in-clinic hands-on procedures, and other duties assigned. β’ Accurate and efficient documentation of nursing care. β’ Knowledge and appropriate use of internal and external resources. β’ Provide functional supervision to assistive personnel; collaborate with colleagues, other disciplines, and health care/community services to promote continuity of care. Expectations β’ Demonstrated critical thinking using the nursing process and prioritization. β’ Strong customer service, interpersonal skills, and ability to build respectful relationships within and between units. β’ Accountability, dependability, and punctuality. β’ Adaptability to changing needs and priorities. β’ Knowledge and skills in patient and family education and coaching for chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, CAD). β’ Proficiency with typing and electronic health record documentation. β’ Ability to manage complex clinical issues with assessment, protocols, and evidence-based interventions. β’ Willingness to work with different populations (pediatrics, OB/GYN, adult medicine); orientation/training for new subspecialties may be provided. Qualifications β’ Three (3) years RN experience in Adult Internal Medicine (inpatient, emergency, or ambulatory) β’ One (1) year OB/Gyn RN experience in Ambulatory Care, Labor and Delivery NOTE: Required qualifications must be met to be interviewed and considered for the position.
