Axion Contact is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - to work in our state-of-the-art call center. This is a full-time remote position. We are looking for experienced, friendly, accessible, credible individuals to join a great team. Responsibilities: β’ Promptly answers, screens, and processes medical service requests and telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality agreements and policies and procedures. β’ Provides education to patients and patients' families. β’ Ability to speak clearly in order to communicate effectively between patient and provider, provide pre-visit instructions/directions, and relay provider instructions. β’ Follow up with patients regarding medication changes or questions β’ Handle incoming and outbound calls as needed β’ Provide health education to patients and caregivers β’ Nursing License required, Multi-state nursing license a plus β’ *2+years experience as a registered nurse required β’ Outstanding customer service and communication skills required β’ Case Management experience preferred β’ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus β’ Proficient computer skills β’ 40 Hours a week -9:00am-5:30pmJob Type: Full-time #HCCC Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $28.50 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
