Registered Nurse (RN) – 1:1 School-Based Assignment
Location: New Hope, MN
Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Nurse to provide full-time, onsite 1:1 support for a transition-age student within a school setting in New Hope, MN. This position is for the 2025–2026 school year.
- Position Details:
- Discipline: Registered Nurse – 1:1 Support
- Contract Dates: September 2, 2025 – June 3, 2026
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Caseload:
- 1:1 assignment with transition student
- Student has cancer, a tracheostomy, and a port
- Occasional suctioning is required
- Number of Positions: 1
- Location: Onsite only – no virtual/remote options
- Active Minnesota RN license
- Experience with trach care, suctioning, and port access is preferred
