About the position

Responsibilities


  • Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes.

  • Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.

  • Utilize electronic charting through AlayaCare.

  • Participate in in-depth paid training and shadowing sessions.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care plans.

  • Collaborate with clinical support teams for ongoing patient care.

Requirements


  • Current RN license in Minnesota.

  • Experience in home health care is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves


  • Experience with electronic charting systems.

  • Previous experience in a clinical or home health setting.
