A registered nurse with expertise in telemetry is needed for a contract position in Pompton Plains, NJ. This role requires a thorough understanding of cardiac telemetry monitoring and the ability to provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities and Duties: • Monitor patients’ cardiac telemetry readings continuously and respond to any abnormalities • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans • Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements Contract Details: This is a contract position offering an opportunity to apply your telemetry nursing skills in a supportive clinical setting.
