Position Description: Registrar II Position Details: The Registrar II may be responsible for any of the following: Registration Customer Service, Insurance Verification Financial Counseling Scheduling Bed Control Cashier Reception Rotate shift periodically Take Call Perform other duties as assigned Additionally, the Registrar must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of these modalities: (one must be Registration) within 6 months of hire. Successful completion of additional modalities within department may qualify a team member for career advancement (Registrar Career Ladder). Why BayCare? Qualifications: Required Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent GED Required Education: 6 months – Admitting at BayCare or 2 years – Registration/admitting experience Facility: BayCare Health System, PFS Central Cash Collections Location: BayCare System Office West Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8am - 430pm Shift: Shift 1 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
