Job Description: β’ Provide support and advice on upcoming regulatory requirements to internal departments including Accounting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Support to fulfill regulatory obligations. β’ Coordinate internally with the Finance/Accounting team to gather necessary financial data and documentation for regulatory reports and license maintenance items. β’ Support the delivery of license maintenance and renewal procedures; Assist in preparations for routine in-depth examinations by regulators. β’ Appropriately gather and process extremely sensitive documents and information of the company and key investors, directors and officers. β’ Manage multiple competing priorities and numerous ongoing projects simultaneously and on schedule without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail. β’ Other duties as required or assigned. Requirements: β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience required. β’ 3-5 years of administrative, legal, or compliance experience within financial services, FinTech, payments, or a money services business (MSB). β’ Proven experience utilizing the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) for license management, maintenance, or reporting with cryptocurrency/fintech is required. β’ Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines with precision. β’ Experience with advisory, lending, and brokerage licenses is beneficial. β’ Must be highly organized, a self-starter, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
