Job Description

Onyx Odds is a fast-growing, venture-backed social sports prediction platform, and they are seeking a Regulatory Operations Associate to drive their push toward federal licensing and regulatory expansion. This high-impact role involves working directly with leadership across legal, product, and operations to ensure compliance and manage regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

Own and drive CFTC licensing efforts (DCM, FCM, IB as applicable)
Coordinate across internal teams and external counsel to move licensing forward
Prepare and manage regulatory filings, submissions, and ongoing requirements
Translate regulatory frameworks into clear product and operational decisions
Partner with product, trading, and engineering to ensure compliant design
Support regulator communication, audits, and inquiries
Build and improve internal compliance processes and systems

Skills

1–4 years in regulatory, compliance, legal ops, consulting, or finance
Strong interest in CFTC, derivatives, or prediction markets
Ability to interpret rules and turn them into execution
Highly organized and comfortable in fast-paced environments
