They are seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator to support campaign execution and client relations, assisting Account Managers in building client reporting, executing campaigns, and managing day-to-day client interactions. Responsibilities Assist in pulling platform data & preparing reports for clients and internal teams, including campaign analysis of paid initiatives across social publishers, as well as programmatic DSP/SSP platforms such as Xandr, Groundtruth, bolthires Assist in client relations, managing and supporting your clients as a day-to-day point of contact Create and execute operations processes with an eye on efficiency, safeguards, and continuous improvement to ensure the success of both client teams and the ad operations team Beta test internal proprietary technology and provide recommendations and feedback Participate in weekly training, daily team meetings, quarterly company-wide meetings and more Ensure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization Skills Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment Working knowledge of bolthires Excel and bolthires Docs Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technology Ability to communicate with teams internally and clients externally Problem-solving mentality with a high attention to detail A proactive attitude and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed High level of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrable analytical skills Company Overview Unified equips marketers with information and intelligence they need to make the best decisions about their social advertising investments.
