Nexus Consulting is seeking an experienced Accountant/Auditor Expert to contribute accounting and audit expertise to financial evaluation and analysis initiatives. The role involves reviewing financial records, assessing compliance with standards, and providing analytical feedback. Responsibilities • Prepare structured audit summaries outlining findings and recommendations • Analyze financial data to identify inconsistencies, risks, or control weaknesses • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards • Evaluate internal controls and financial processes against regulatory requirements • Provide clear, written feedback on accounting methodologies and reporting quality • Verify financial records, including reconciliations and transaction documentation • Recommend process improvements aligned with accounting best practices Skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred • Demonstrated experience in accounting, auditing, or financial compliance • Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and reports • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) • Background in fraud detection, forensic accounting, or audit consulting • Familiarity with structured financial review or evaluation frameworks Company Overview • At Nexus Consulting, we operate at the intersection of business goals and human potential.
