Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business. The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for requesting, inputting, and managing confidential financial statements for clients while ensuring attention to detail and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Determine the type of client financials needed
- Communicate with clients to request financial statements
- Receive and process financial statements from customers
- Communicate financial discrepancies with internal parties
- Verify that the financial statements balance
- Process confidential and sensitive customer information
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills
- Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area
- Minimum one year of administrative or accounting related experience
- Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Previous AP/AR experience
