Job Title: Remote Administrative Specialist (Lead Role) Location: Remote (U.S.-based only) Position Type: Full-Time Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager Job Summary CallonDoc is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Specialist to join our team in a lead capacity. This full-time role plays a key part in supporting and streamlining administrative processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading initiatives that support our growing healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and be based in the United States. ️ Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to: • Lead and oversee core administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and team support • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to manage workflows and internal communications • Identify and implement improvements in administrative procedures • Ensure compliance with internal protocols and healthcare-related regulations • Maintain accurate records and assist in preparation of internal reports • Support onboarding/training of junior admin team members • Serve as a point of contact for high-level administrative issues or escalations • Not limited to ✅ Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role (healthcare admin preferred) • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment • Leadership experience or willingness to take on a lead role is a plus • Must be based in the U.S. (virtual) Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $15-$18 an hour • Full-time W2 • Varying schedules - to be determined if selected for hire (usually between 5am-3am - 8hour shift) • Benefits: • * Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Flexible remote work schedule • Professional development opportunities Why Join CallonDoc?
