Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NFP, an Aon company, is a recognized leader in Business Insurance, providing consultative advice to address significant risk and workforce challenges. The Affluent Personal Insurance Account Manager/Executive will interact with clients daily, develop relationships, manage a book of business, and negotiate terms with carriers.
Responsibilities
- Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
- Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
- Responsible for accurate information such as updated exposures, driver information, reporting forms, signed endorsements and miscellaneous information to avoid any E&O claims
- Maintains a follow-up system to ensure policies, endorsements and other information is received to comply with requests
- May direct job activities of the service team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, and clients through regular contact and client visits. Keep clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues
Skills
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Industry and product line experience required. Typically more than 3 years at the Account Manager level and 5+ years at the AE level
- P&C Insurance License required upon hire
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience with CRMs; EPIC highly preferred
- CIC, CPCU, CPRIA, CPRM or other P&C designation preferred
