Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crown Homes Real Estate is a fast-growing, agent-focused brokerage built around systems, support, and consistent lead flow. They are seeking an organized and driven individual to work as an Agent Success Coordinator, helping real estate agents effectively utilize systems and tools to enhance their productivity.
Responsibilities
- Meet with agents 1:1 to guide them on using our systems and tools effectively
- Help agents navigate our CRM, transaction platforms, and workflows
- Reinforce best practices and ensure consistency in how systems are used
- Answer day-to-day questions and serve as a reliable point of contact
- Track agent progress and follow up to keep them on track
- Help create simple guides, checklists, and training materials
- Support onboarding of new agents into our systems
Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Recent graduates or early in their career
- Interest in real estate, operations, or business growth
