The AI Platform Analyst supports and optimizes AI platforms, ensuring best practices are met while training employees to effectively use AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Support and administer enterprise AI and SaaS platforms
Ensure platform governance, security, and data privacy principles are upheld
Create and deliver training and enablement content for end users
Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize platform use
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Track platform adoption and use data to guide decisions
Support enterprise integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
Contribute to AI governance and responsible AI practices
Assist in change management and organizational adoption efforts

Skills

1 to 3+ years in technology analyst, platform operations, IT, developer, or related roles
Experience with enterprise SaaS platform support and administration
Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience developing training or enablement materials
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, or Google Gemini
Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, or workflow automation
Understanding of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles
Experience in change management or adoption programs
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
