Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hermetic AI is a company that builds Mia, an AI agent for private event and catering inquiries. They are looking for an AI Trainer to onboard new clients and ensure Mia's performance by setting up accounts, gathering feedback, and refining prompts.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new client accounts
- Gather feedback from clients on how Mia is responding
- Write, test, and refine prompt updates based on that feedback
- QA Mia's outputs to catch issues proactively
- Document what's working so we can scale it
Skills
- Sharp attention to detail — you read outputs carefully and know when something's off
- Good with people — clients are restaurant operators, not tech people
- Comfortable with ambiguity — we're a startup, things move fast
- Bonus: background in hospitality, customer success, or AI tools
