The role involves engaging in natural conversations to help train conversational AI, focusing on live human-to-human interaction. Responsibilities Live pairings: You will be matched with another participant for 1-on-1 verbal or text-based exchanges Dialect authenticity: Use your natural Egyptian Arabic dialect to discuss various topics provided by the researcher Collaborative learning: Help the AI understand the nuances, slang and cultural context of Egyptian Arabic through real-world interaction Skills Native/ Advanced fluency: Verifiable experience and birth-country for the Egypt region Technical readiness: A willingness to complete a paid TestGorilla language assessment and a dialect verification check Availability: Ability to commit to 30-60 minute blocks of uninterrupted conversation during the 3-week project window Tool: A reliable internet connection, a quiet environment for calls, and a PayPal account for payment Benefits Flexible hours Ability to work from home Company Overview Building the most advanced global infrastructure for People Science.
