They are seeking an entry-level Sales Producer to engage with clients, implement sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Using agency technology and lead resources, pursue and follow-up with prospects to deliver quotes, sales presentations and bring new people to Allstate
- Sales Strategy: Implement and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Cross-promotion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance customers' insurance portfolios
- Customer Support: Provide attentive and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide relevant and timely insurance solutions
- Client Engagement: Actively interact with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice
Skills
- An active insurance license is essential, with a preference for candidates holding both life and health insurance licenses
- Demonstrated experience in insurance sales is highly advantageous
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and colleagues
- Commitment to providing superior service and addressing customer needs effectively
- Proven ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for success
- Competent in using CRM systems and online communication platforms to facilitate client interactions and internal communications
