They are hiring an Amazon Connect Consultant to lead a cloud contact center transformation for a major fintech client, requiring hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and a background in CTI consulting. Responsibilities β’ Lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environments β’ Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs β’ Build backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIs β’ Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and support systems β’ Support user testing, deployment, and documentation β’ Troubleshoot issues and improve existing contact flows Skills β’ Minimum 7 years total experience in contact center / CTI space β’ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect β’ Proven experience working in a consulting role for CTI transformation projects β’ Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect features: contact flows, routing, queues, agent setup β’ Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk β’ Good understanding of AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch β’ Basic scripting with Node.js or Python β’ Experience in building or enhancing IVRs using Amazon Lex β’ Comfortable working independently in a client-facing environment β’ Exposure to Cisco, Avaya, Genesys (legacy CTI systems) β’ AWS certification β’ Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, or WebRTC β’ Experience with Amazon Connect Tasks, Contact Lens, Wisdom Company Overview β’ Welcome to Jobs via Dice, the go-to destination for discovering the tech jobs you want.
