You will receive curated product information in Google Sheets, match it to Amazon’s category‑specific flat‑file templates, and ensure each bulk upload completes without errors. Your work enables our marketplace team to launch new SKUs faster, keep inventory listings up‑to‑date, and ultimately drive revenue growth across all Amazon European marketplaces.Key Responsibilities• Data Extraction & Preparation: Access and interpret product details stored in Google Sheets, ensuring all mandatory fields (e.g., title, description, bullet points, price, SKU, UPC/EAN) are accurate and complete.• Template Management: Locate, download, and maintain the latest Amazon category‑specific flat‑file templates (.xls/.xlsx/.xlsm), keeping an organized repository for quick reference.• Bulk File Population: Systematically transfer product data into the appropriate columns of each template, adhering to Amazon’s formatting rules, character limits, and required attribute values.• Quality Assurance & Validation: Run Amazon’s built‑in validation tools, cross‑check for missing or mismatched data, and resolve any flagged issues before submission.• Upload Execution: Submit finalized flat files through Amazon Seller Central, monitor the upload process, and verify that every listing appears correctly on the marketplace.• Error Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot upload errors (e.g., attribute mismatches, image issues, policy violations) and implement corrective actions promptly.• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of upload batches, error types, and resolution steps to support continuous process improvement.• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product sourcing, content, and logistics teams to gather missing information, update listings, and ensure alignment across all channels.Essential Qualifications (Must‑Have)• Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central , specifically in the creation and management of flat‑file inventory uploads.• Hands‑on familiarity with a variety of Amazon category templates (e.g., Electronics, Home & Kitchen, Beauty, Apparel), including the ability to interpret and complete mandatory and optional fields.• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including macros and .xlsm files) and Google Sheets for data manipulation, validation, and bulk editing.• Demonstrated track record of successfully uploading large product batches (minimum 500 SKUs per batch) without critical errors.• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear interaction with cross‑functional teams and rapid resolution of queries.• High level of attention to detail, organizational ability, and a systematic approach to handling repetitive yet critical data tasks.• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable remote workstation (dual monitors preferred) to efficiently manage large spreadsheets.Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have)• Experience in e‑commerc
