The role involves shaping courses for asynchronous online Associate programs by creating and refining academic materials that encourage critical thinking and engagement. Responsibilities • Review and refine academic content while tailoring it to industry needs. • Design and develop course structures that translate theory into practice.
• Create asynchronous materials that drive active engagement and professional relevance. Skills • At least a Master’s degree in History from an accredited U.S. institution - a must. • 5+ years of professional experience in American History — in academic research, historical analysis, or applied settings — and/or proven teaching experience at a top-tier U.S. university is required. • Strong self-management and clear written communication.
