The Analytics Associate I role involves technical analysis, data management, and communication to support data-driven decisions across various client sectors. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data to provide strategic program insight Drive innovation across sectors and collaborate closely with both client and technical teams Work with analysts and data scientists to inform data-driven decisions and strategy Prepare reports and calculators to support solutions and summarize findings for clients Skills You have a bachelor's degree in a related field with some statistical background or 1+ year of experience analyzing data and coming up with solutions You are passionate about harnessing data-driven solutions to improve social outcomes You're eager to learn the fundamental techniques in data management, analysis, and visualization You can recognize patterns and are careful to check assumptions—whether they are your own or someone else's You have excellent attention to detail Experience or interest in learning a programming language (Python, Java, Ruby, SQL, etc.) Familiarity in statistical programs (SAS, SPSS, R, etc.) Spreadsheet and presentation software (Excel, bolthires Sheets, PowerPoint, Keynote) Data visualization and business intelligence tools (GIS, Tableau, Periscope etc.) Benefits Premier health, dental, and vision insurance plans 401K matching Unlimited paid time off Paid personal and volunteer leave 13 paid holidays 15 weeks paid parental leave
