We are currently seeking driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Remote Appointment Setters. This role is ideal for those who value autonomy, performance-based income, and the opportunity to build long-term financial stability.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and profit-sharing, where your results directly determine your income.

A clear path to Account Executive, often within the first year
Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
Fully remote work (U.S.-based, Texas preferred)
A flexible schedule — manage your own time while meeting performance expectations
Access to incentives, recognition programs, and team support

Act as the first point of contact for potential business clients
Prospect through outbound calls and email outreach
Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
Set qualified appointments for Account Executives
Maintain consistent activity levels and build a strong pipeline
Develop a solid understanding of the energy market and our services

Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
An entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset

Previous sales or appointment-setting experience is an asset, but not required.
