Support day-to-day operations through impeccable follow-up, organization, and communication, including phone calls and email. This starts small and scales only with proven reliability.

What We’re Looking For (keep this human, not flashy)

  • Very strong English speaking and writing
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
  • Excellent follow-up discipline (nothing drops)
  • Naturally organized with tasks, notes, and reminders
  • Calm, intelligent, self-directed
  • Time-efficient and honest with time tracking
  • Available during US time zones (partial overlap is fine)

This is not a “busywork” role. It requires thinking, clarity, and responsibility.

Responsibilities (plain language)

  • Make phone calls as requested and summarize outcomes clearly
  • Send and track follow-up emails
  • Keep simple task lists and status updates
  • Help close loops and keep things organized
  • Flag issues early instead of waiting

Work Structure

  • Start with a few hours at a time (test phase)
  • Hourly, tracked manually
  • Hours increase only after reliability is proven
  • No fixed schedule at first, flexibility is important
