The Associate Account Manager will develop customer relationships, assess needs, and suggest products to maximize revenue and improve profitability.
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships to sell products, provide quotes within pricing function guidelines
- Assist in the development of customer sales strategies to meet customer goals and objectives
- Gather and communicate channel, market, customer or competitive information and intelligence and collaborate with the team on strategy and pricing functions
- Partner with the team to manage and coordinate contracts, resolve claims and disputes
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
- Deliver on growth targets as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 20%
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package
