In this role, you will partner with hospital leadership to develop and execute training strategies, delivering both onsite and virtual training sessions to ensure a seamless transition to customer success teams. Responsibilities Facilitate strategy sessions with hospital leadership to assess training needs and align with organizational goals Develop and present comprehensive enterprise strategic training plans tailored to each healthcare organization Provide expert guidance on training best practices, change management, and implementation strategies Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs onsite, equipping internal trainers with tools and techniques to deliver effective training Conduct and manage virtual training programs and sessions using application platforms (e.g., MS Teams) Ensure training content meets the specific needs and supports the solution workflows within the hospital Oversee the training process from initial planning through department-level kickoff Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success teams with clear documentation and transition plans Monitor training effectiveness and provide post-professional training services as needed Skills No prior work experience required Must be capable of simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple projects Ability travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet the clients' needs and timetables Relevant degree preferred Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred Company Overview Vizient, Inc., the nation’s largest provider-driven healthcare performance improvement company, provides solutions and services to more than two-thirds of the nation’s acute care providers and more than one-third of ambulatory providers.
