Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lockton is a company that provides risk management, insurance, and employee benefits consulting services. They are seeking an Associate Consultant to manage client accounts, present deliverables, and act as a subject matter expert, while working closely with core teams and clients.
- Responsibilities
- Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
- Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review
- Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision
- Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)
- Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
- Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
- First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager
- Obtain/maintain license
